CECON Ozone Leak Monitor is an optional safety feature that comes with CECON Ozonation system
Working – It detects ozone leakage and sounds a buzzer if the ozone in the ambient air exceeds the first threshold limit (0.05ppm). If the ozone leakage continues and the concentration of ozone in the air increases and reaches the second threshold (0.1ppm), it can be used to trip the ozone generation externally
CECON manufactures venturi injectors in Stainless Steel and UPVC for effective diffusion of ozone into water. It helps achieve a high ozone mass transfer. The ozone mass transfer is about 80% with a venturi injector as compared to 20 – 30% with a standard diffuser. CECON has a wide range of venturi injectors from ½ inch to 4 inches
Working - Venturi Injectors work by forcing water through a conical body which initiates a pressure differential between the inlet and outlet ports. This creates a vacuum inside the injector body, which initiates ozone suction through the suction port
