The composition of air (78% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen and 1% other gases). The figure below clearly shows that air is mainly comprised of two gases: Nitrogen and Oxygen. If Nitrogen is removed from air, the primary gas remaining would be Oxygen with purity of about 90-95%
Our Oxygen Concentrators use this idea with the basic principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) to deliver 90-95% pure dry oxygen which will be used as feed gas for the ozonator
Our Oxygen Concentrators comprise of an air compressor, two cylinders filled with zeolite pellets, a pressure equalizing reservoir, and some valves and tubes. A compressor and sieve bed filter are a couple of the main parts
The compressor compresses filtered air into the oxygen concentrator which is then passed through zeolite sieve bed filters. The sieve bed filter plays the most important role removing nitrogen from the air. The newly formed oxygen is delivered through a steady supply at minimum of 90% purity. The oxygen output can be adjusted with an inbuilt oxygen flow meter
